Do I need help getting started?
We can onboard your horses, staff and care practitioners for a once-off onboarding fee of R589, or you can set up on your own using our video tutorials. We're also happy to take you through the YardHub App in a free 30-minute virtual meeting if you'd prefer a more personal walkthrough.
Can I use YardHub for just my own horse?
Yes. YardHub isn't only for yards. With a Solo subscription, you can manage your own horse's care, activities and records, and connect the people involved in your horse's care. A Solo subscription covers up to 4 horses.
Can I use YardHub if my yard doesn't use it?
Yes. Your Solo subscription works independently of your yard. You can manage your horse's record and give relevant care practitioners access, even if your yard doesn't use YardHub.
Can I control what different people can see and edit?
Yes. Access and permissions can be set according to each person's role, so yard staff, horse owners and care practitioners only have access to the information and functions relevant to them.
Does YardHub work on my phone?
Yes. YardHub is a web app designed to work across phones, tablets and computers, so you can access it wherever you're working.
