From an idea to a professionally built platform

As a small private equestrian yard, we feel extremely privileged to have access to an app that has the potential to bring so much of our day-to-day management into one place.

The app has already become an amazing tool for us, allowing us to load all of our livery members and their horses, with comprehensive information on each horse - from medical history and routine vaccinations to dental work, deworming, physiotherapy and other important care requirements.

We can also load and manage our service providers, grooms and other important people involved in the day-to-day running and care of the yard, which gives us an even more complete picture of everything happening at Serendipity.

The stock management system, which links directly with our feed programme, is another feature that we are particularly excited about and can see becoming invaluable as we continue to expand our use of the platform.

We have not yet completed loading all of our information or been able to make full use of every feature, largely due to our own time constraints rather than anything to do with the app itself. However, even at this stage, we are absolutely loving it. The ability to have so much important information stored, organised and accessible in one place is going to make managing our yard so much easier and more efficient.

A huge part of our positive experience has also been dealing with Jackie Lochner. Her support has been exceptional. No query is too much, no task is too difficult, and help is often provided within seconds. Even when we have managed to make our own little "faux pas", Jackie has been there to patiently sort us out and get us back on track!

For us, it is not simply the technology that makes this app special, but also the personal support behind it. Knowing that there is someone readily available who genuinely wants to help us get the most out of the system has made the process so much easier.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to use the app at Serendipity Private Stables and look forward to getting all our information loaded and finally running at full steam ahead. We have no doubt that it is going to become an integral part of how we manage our yard, our liveries and, most importantly, the care of our horses.

Since using the YardHub app to manage the yard, keeping track of everything has become so much easier and more organised. It allows us to manage horses' daily, weekly and monthly schedules, appointments, feeding routines and daily yard tasks all in one place.

It has made a big difference when it comes to keeping up with each horse's individual needs and making sure nothing gets forgotten. The billing side is also incredibly helpful, making it much easier to keep track of services and costs for each client and individual horse.

Overall, the app has saved us time, reduced the stress of managing everything manually, and made our day-to-day yard management much more efficient. I would definitely recommend it to anyone running a professional horse yard or equestrian business and those who stable at home wanting to stay on top of their horse's care.
