Pricing questions, answered
What counts as a "horse"?
An active horse record on your yard. Horses that leave can be archived - their history is kept, and they no longer count towards your plan.
Do my staff, farriers, vet, dentist, physio cost extra?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. We price by the size of your yard, not by how many people help run it - inviting your whole team is the whole point.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing date.
What happens if the pilot isn't right for us?
No pressure, and nothing automatic. We never take a card up front, so there's nothing to remember to cancel - just let us know and we'll switch off access.
Do you help move our data across?
If you'd like a hand, optional assisted onboarding is a flat R599 once-off fee, and includes yard setup, horse profile migration, reminder setup, document upload (within agreed limits), staff training and a two-week follow-up. Prefer to do it yourself? Self-service onboarding is free, with video tutorials to get you started.
