Pricing questions, answered
What counts as a "horse"?
An active horse record on your yard. Horses that leave can be archived - their history is kept, and they no longer count towards your plan.
Do my staff, farriers, vet, dentist, physio cost extra?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. We price by the size of your yard, not by how many people help run it - inviting your whole team is the whole point.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing date.
What happens after my free trial?
You choose a plan - or you don't. We never take a card up front, so there's nothing to cancel. Your data is kept for 60 days in case you come back.
Do you help move our data across?
Yes. Onboarding is a once-off fee based on your plan, and includes yard setup, horse profile migration, reminder setup, document upload (within agreed limits), staff training and a two-week follow-up.
